(Jan. 22, 2025) – Yesterday, the House Insurance Committee heard from Kansas Insurance Commissioner Vicki Schmidt. During the discussion, the committee also heard a report from the Special Interim Committee on Pharmaceutical Studies. During the overview, Chairman Bill Sutton (R-Gardner) informed the committee that a bill regarding 340B transparency is planned for introduction next week.
