(Feb. 4, 2026) – Today, the House Commerce Committee held a hearing on House Bill 2465, which enacts the Professionals' Freedom of Expression Act, protecting professionals and businesses from adverse action resulting from an exception of beliefs of such professional or business that is unrelated to such profession or business.
