(March 27, 2026) – After midnight, the House and Senate voted to pass the Conference Committee Report on House Bill 2513, the budget for fiscal years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.
The budget CCR passed the House 67-53 and the Senate 23-16.
The budget will now go to Governor Laura Kelly, who will have the option to line-item veto items in the budget.
