The Kansas Small Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP) is a federal-supported program to support small rural hospitals activities related to quality improvement and investments towards meaningful use of health information technology.
The Kansas SHIP is managed by the State Office of Rural Health within the Bureau of Community Health Systems at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. KDHE has contracted with the Kansas Hospital Education and Research Foundation to administer this program.
