The 2026 End of Session Report is designed to help hospitals review what passed during the 2026 legislative session and to understand what will carry over when the legislature returns on Jan. 11, 2027. Primary elections in Kansas are coming up Aug. 4, 2026, and you must be registered to vote by July 14, 2026, with all current information. On the ballot this primary election are state House of Representatives Candidates, U.S. Congressional Offices, one US Senate seat and two state Senators.
