(September 2025) – This past year, the Kansas Legislature passed a law that increased contribution limits for candidates running for the House of Representatives and Senate. This means it is more important than ever for the Kansas Hospital Association - Political Action Committee to reach our goal of raising $175,000 over the course of 2025 and 2026. The KHA-PAC campaign theme "Grow Your Giving," is an invitation to grow your individual giving, your hospital board giving, your hospital employees' participation and find new people who will enjoy PAC activities and events, as we look to reach new and upcoming hospital leaders across the state and get them engaged in the vital work of the KHA-PAC.

State and federal governments pay for more than half of Kansas hospital care and regulate 100 percent of our activities. Those are the main reasons why the work of the Kansas Hospital Association and its political action committee, KHA-PAC, is so important.
