What's Your Pink Cadillac? The Transformational Power of Prioritizing Joy
Ryan Campbell

Once the youngest solo pilot to fly around the world, Ryan Campbell knows a thing or two about soaring to great heights—and crashing back down. Following a devastating plane crash and paraplegic diagnosis, Ryan's incredible recovery journey taught him a new way to rise: through joy.

In his inspiring and entertaining keynote, Campbell invites attendees to uncover the power of small, joy-filled moments and hobbies—what he calls our "Pink Cadillacs." His message offers fresh tools for enhancing mental health, fueling performance and transforming culture by prioritizing the simple pleasures that help us be our best selves.

Attendees will walk away with:

  • A redefined perspective on adversity and resilience
  • Practical tools to strengthen mental health
  • A personal roadmap to identify and drive their own "Pink Cadillacs"
