Teresa Noland helped build the clinical, operational and cultural foundation for AdventHealth Lenexa City Center, which opened in July 2025. Across her career, she has opened new facilities, improved safety and quality systems, strengthened retention and developed future leaders. Her heart-forward leadership has improved patient satisfaction, reduced restraint use and advanced fall-prevention efforts. Through shared governance, charge nurse development and Just Culture principles, Noland creates systems where caregivers feel supported and patients receive safer, more coordinated care.
