For nearly two decades, Dr. Paul Wilhelm has been a trusted physician leader at Kiowa District Healthcare. He cares for patients across the clinic, hospital, emergency department and long-term care settings, often serving multiple generations of local families. As Chief of Staff and Medical Director, he mentors providers, nurses, EMS personnel and students while strengthening a culture of teamwork and clinical excellence. His service also includes serving as Medical Director for Barber County EMS and volunteering with Guadalupe Clinic. Dr. Wilhelm’s humility, compassion and dedication embody rural health care leadership.
