Paul Luce leaves a legacy of servant leadership built over 28 years at Paola Hospital and 44 years in health care. Beginning as a nursing manager, he became director of nursing and then administrator. Whether rounding with patients, supporting staff on the floor or helping teams navigate complex challenges, Luce’s steady presence made a lasting impact. Most recently, Luce guided staff through integration into The University of Kansas Health System, ensuring teams felt heard, respected and supported each step of the way. Paul leaves behind a legacy defined by teamwork, professional excellence and a commitment to elevating patient care.
