Lucinda “Cindy” Judy’s career reflects persistence, service and a deep calling to care for others. Before becoming an RN, she worked as a factory worker, environmental services employee, CNA, CMA and LPN. At Girard Medical Center’s Senior Behavioral Health Unit, Judy is a trusted nurse leader and informal caregiver to patients, coworkers and community members. She quietly helps with clothing, food, transportation and emotional support. Her willingness to cover shifts, encourage coworkers and meet practical needs makes her a steady source of care.
