
The Kansas Hospital Human Resources' Association was organized in 1977 to promote high standards of professional ethics, education and effectiveness for individuals professionally engaged in the field of human resources management. To accomplish this goal, KHHRA ...
- Conducts at least two educational programs a year to stimulate the exchange of information and further the professional development of its membership;
- Publishes a quarterly newsletter to keep their members up-to-date on important issues and events;
- Provides a network for human resource professionals in hospitals to share ideas and learn from and support each other; and
- Manages an e-mail list serve, where members can pose questions and receive answers to issues affecting human resources in today's market.
KHHRA offers two categories of annual membership:
Regular – $50 Human resource professionals employed by Kansas Hospital Association member hospitals; and
Associate – $60 Human resource professionals employed at health care facilities that are not KHA members.
