The KHA benefits survey is now conducted through CompData eSurveys. Beginning in January 2008, participants enter data annually into the Web site. Results are available the following April.

In an effort to meet the needs of our diverse community of hospitals. A subcommittee of the KHA Data Technical Advisory Group reviewed and recommends a variety of employee satisfaction vendors. THe Kansas Hospital Association negotiated with those recommended to secure a preferred price for KHA member hospitals.
    
This confidential survey contains salary and benefit information for CEOs, COOs, CNOs, CFOs and Vice President/Associate Administrators.
    
HIT provides reports that identify opportunities in areas such as physician recruitment and retention. Reports include hospital market share by product line and payer.
    
Patient Origin and Utilization Reports and the Profile Reports provide information regarding inpatient discharges by major service, market share and age.
    
Kansas uses the KHA (AHA) Annual Survey to meet the state licensure requirements. The KHA Annual Survey is available on-line to all Kansas hospitals.
    
The MedPar file contains records for 100 percent of Medicare beneficiaries using short-stay hospital inpatient services.
    
This program provides monthly utilization statistics for participating hospitals.
    
The KHA outpatient data annual reports provide valuable market share information regarding revenue category, zip code/county/state, place of service and payer.
    
The Kansas Hospital Association negotiated with a variety of patient satisfaction survey vendors to secure a preferred price for KHA member hospitals. These vendors were reviewed and recommended by the KHA Data Technical Advisory Group. Contact and pricing information on each vendor is available.
    
This project assists organization leadership in overseeing patient care quality and identifying opportunities for improvement.
