Participating KHA member hospitals submit patient level inpatient and outpatient data. The submitted data is used to create inpatient and outpatient market share and utilization reports distributed annually to participating KHA member hospitals . In addition, hospitals generate custom reports based on inpatient data through the web-based HIDI OnLine Reporting tool. Both inpatient and outpatient data sets are available for purchase. The KHA benefits survey is now conducted through CompData eSurveys. Beginning in January 2008, participants enter data annually into the Web site. Results are available the following April.
Comp Data is a web-based compensation and benefits survey tool allows hospitals to compare their data to other hospitals and certain non-health care related companies.
The Executive Compensation Survey is a confidential survey contains salary and benefit information for CEOs, COOs, CNOs, CFOs and Vice President/Associate Administrators.

KHA helps hospitals connect with quality data through the Quality Indicator Project and Quality Health Indicators.

MedPar Report: The MedPar file contains records for 100 percent of Medicare beneficiaries using short-stay hospital inpatient services. Health InfoTechnics: HIT provides reports that identify opportunities in areas such as physician recruitment and retention. Reports include hospital market share by product line and payer.
