To simplify collection of the payer-mix measures, all payer breakouts have been consolidated into a single measure; Payer Mix Breakout.

EDTC 2026

The Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Program requires participating hospitals to report the Emergency Department Transfer Communication measures. These measures are designed to improve care transitions by ensuring key data elements are consistently documented during patient transfers from rural emergency departments to receiving facilities.

Upcoming Training

The QHi team offers a monthly review session for all participants. Each session begins with a brief program update highlighting news and recent enhancements to the tool. Participants are then guided through the fundamentals of selecting measures, adding users, entering or uploading data and running and scheduling customized reports.
