KHA Comments on CY 2027 OPPS Proposed Rule

KHA submitted comments on the CY 2027 OPPS Proposed Rule, raising concerns about the proposed payment update, 340B reductions, site-neutral policies and other proposals affecting hospital access and operations. Comments are due today, Aug. 31, and hospitals are encouraged to use KHA’s comments as a resource for their own submissions.
