SAMHSA Announces COVID-19 Grants for Suicide Prevention

MentalHealth(May 15, 2020) – The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has announced grants of up to $800,000 to support suicide prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic. Community-based primary and behavioral health care providers, hospital emergency departments and other eligible entities may apply through May 22. SAMHSA expects to award 50 grants.
