Kansas Naloxone Availability Survey

(June 12, 2020) – DCCCA, in partnership with the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, is collecting information regarding Naloxone availability in Kansas. The purpose of this survey is to help identify the needs of Kansas communities associated with Naloxone and opioid overdose prevention. With the feedback you provide through this survey, KDADS and DCCCA hope to identify where naloxone shortages exist and where assistance is needed to expand access to Naloxone.

Please take a moment to complete this survey by June 30.
