Today, the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee heard two pharmacy-related bills: SB 322 and SB 328. In addition, the Senate Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee held a hearing on the PBM reform bill SB 360.

House and Senate Debate and Take Votes on Bills

Today, the House debated House Sub. for SB 244 and took final action votes on HB 2413 and HB 2422. The Senate is slated to debate SB 184 and SB 254 under General Orders, in addition to any possibly coming over from the House.
