State of the Judiciary Held Before State of the State Address

Today, the House and Senate held a Joint Session to receive the annual State of the Judiciary. The newly sworn-in Chief Justice Eric Rosen addressed members of both chambers. This evening, Governor Laura Kelly is slated to deliver the State of the State Address to both chambers.
