The KHA Compensation and Benefits surveys are free to KHA member hospitals.The KHA survey is conducted through CompData eSurveys. KHA participants enter data annually in January into the Web site. Results are available the following April. Comp Data is a web-based compensation and benefits survey tool allows hospitals to compare their data to other hospitals and certain non-health care related companies. Over 500 healthcare related job titles are included in the compensation survey. Additionally, the executive portion of the survey contains salary and benefit information for the C-suite of positions that include CEOs, COOs, CNOs, CFOs and Vice President/Associate Administrators. Access to compensation and benefit survey results is limited to those that participate in the survey.

 

The KHA benefits survey is conducted through CompData eSurveys. Participants enter data annually into the Web site. Results are available the following April.
The KHA Executive Compensation Survey, conducted in January through CompData eSurveys, contains salary and benefit information for nine hospital executive positions (CEO, CFO, CNO, etc.). 
The KHA Workforce Survey is conducted twice a year through CompData eSurveys and is the primary source of information for vacancy and turnover rates in Kansas community hospitals for 35 health care jobs, including nurses, physicians, pharmacists, therapists and diagnostic imaging technicians.

Conducted annually in July, the Physician Compensation survey includes comprehensive pay and benefits information on 91 physician and mid-level specialties.
