It provides guidance on dealing with compliance issues that may arise in the daily course of business. Topics and documents that may be included in a compliance program include compliance training and education, sanctions for non-compliance with standards, responding to offenses, monitoring and auditing compliance, a code of conduct, a conflict of interest policy and a conflict of interest disclosure statement.
