Possible Professional Patients

Possible professional patients are people who visit hospital emergency rooms, exhibiting drug seeking behavior. Listed here are the most recent PPPs reported by Kansas hospitals. PPP illnesses can be real or imagined. Possible professional patients usually have dubious complaints, and will request specific narcotics.

We ask that hospitals who suspect they may have had a visit from a possible professional patient to report that visit to KHA by completing the Possible Professional Patient form and faxing it back to Jan Fenwick at (785) 233-6955.
