The Kansas City Healthcare Communicators Society (KCHCS) is dedicated to assisting communicators who work in or have an interest in the health care field continue their professional development by increasing their understanding of the industry and their role in it.
In today's highly competitive and fast-changing health care world, KCHCS provides members with a unique opportunity to collaborate with their peers throughout the Greater Kansas City area.
Benefits include educational programs that are offered to members through luncheon or breakfast meetings, as well as at an annual half-day seminar. While topics often focus on the communicator's role in a changing health care industry, programs also include more general marketing and communications topics. In addition, KCHCS offers unique networking opportunities through social activities.
For more information contact KCHCS president Jessica M. Salazar at (816) 346-1346; or KHA liason Cindy Samuelson or MHA liason Beth Morell.
