The third edition of the Health Information Management: A Law and Practice Manual, has been developed by Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, LLP. The Kansas Health Service Corporation is marketing this manual to Kansas Hospital Association members and others in the health care field in Kansas. This book is designed to be a comprehensive review of the legal framework governing medical records.
