The Audit Committee shall encourage continuous improvement of, and foster adherence to, the Association’s policies, procedures and practices at all levels.
|

The KHA Governance Committee reviews the KHA dues structure and makes recommendations concerning any changes necessary and implementation strategies to the KHA Board.
|
|
|
To assure a productive planning process is in place for the Kansas Hospital Association by establishing the annual timetable for planning activity, the Strategic Planning Committee provides guidance to the KHA Board and staff on elements and content.
