Employee Relations
Kansas Community hospital employees spend their days caring for people and deserve the most positive work environment possible to fulfill that compassionate mission. Especially in today’s uneasy times, hospitals view employee relations as a top priority. Employees must have freedom to participate in structuring their work environment and any threat to those freedoms is unacceptable. The Employee Free Choice Act was introduced in the 111th Congress during the early weeks of 2009. On behalf of member hospitals, the Kansas Hospital Association is standing up for employees against strong-arm coercion and misinformation.
