Associated Purchasing Services Corp. (APS) is a for-profit group purchasing company organized in the state of Kansas. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Health Alliance of MidAmerica, LLC.

OBJECTIVE: APS serves as staff to a number of departmental committees for health care providers in Kansas and Missouri. Through this staff relationship, APS is granted authority to represent our participants in efforts to develop contractual relationships with manufacturers and distributors of products, as well as providers of services. In exchange for favorable pricing, services and terms, APS, through a number of departmental contracting committees, grants preferred and sometimes committed status to vendors.

ORGANIZATION: APS is governed by a board of directors. Board members are selected from the participating institutions that they serve in Kansas and Missouri.
